Transcript Request
NOTE: If the student graduated during the most recent school year, please contact the building registrar to request a transcript at no charge.
Current Students
- High School sophomores, juniors, and seniors can process transcript requests electronically through eTranscripts.
- Request your transcript securely and at your convenience through your PowerSchool account.
- Click here for instructions on using eTranscripts.
- Please allow 2 days for approval.
Graduate and Former Students
Graduate and former students can complete this form to request their official high school transcript. If the transcript should be sent directly to a college, university, or employer, please provide their name and address in the “Mailed to” section of the form. Transcripts will be sent electronically through eTranscripts to any participating institution. If an institution does not participate in eTranscripts or the student graduated/transferred before 2016, an official paper transcript will be mailed through the U.S. Postal Service. If the institution will accept an emailed copy of the transcript, please provide their email address in the “Unofficial Copy” section of the form.
- Advance payment of $5.00 per request is required.

- Requests from parents, employers, colleges, or universities must include an authorization signed by the graduate or former student. Click here for the authorization form.

Diploma Request
- Advance payment of $35 per request is required.
- Please allow 6-8 weeks for processing.

GED Records
Fargo Public Schools does not maintain GED records or transcripts. Please click here to request your GED records through the North Dakota Department of Public Instruction.
ACT Scores
