Why did you become an SRO?

I really enjoy working with young people and being able to spend my time building positive relationships with staff and students is a great blessing to me.

What is your training and education?

I graduated from NDSU with a major in Criminal Justice. With the Fargo Police Department, I have had many training opportunities, but my focus has been crisis de-escalation as a member of our Crisis Intervention Team and as a SWAT Negotiator.
