AP Exam Registration
Taking the Advanced Placement exams is an important part of all AP courses. Fargo Public Schools encourages all students to take AP exams for the AP classes that they have taken. Scoring well on an AP exam can often earn college credit for their high school class, saving a significant amount on tuition.
We are excited to share that all payments for Advanced Placement exams will be accessible in the School Pay program. This change will help alleviate any additional account creations and will allow you to monitor the exam(s) that have paid for and ordered. Any refunds will be applied back to this account at the end of testing as appropriate.
Students will create and/or access their College Board account at the beginning of the school year with their AP teacher. The creation of the student account will track all AP courses that the student is taking and will indicate that they are “Undecided” for each exam. The District Office will make the appropriate changes to student accounts upon payment of exam(s). If a student opts not to participate in an AP exam, it will be changed to reflect as such prior to the order date. Any students requiring financial assistance should contact Karen Moore, in the District Office to learn more.
