Lieutenant Colonel Paul Dosch

Lieutenant Colonel Paul J. Dosch is a traditional guardsman and the Bilateral Affairs Officer posted in Cotonou, Benin with the State Partnership Program. His previous position was the Force Support Squadron Commander at the 119th Wing, North Dakota Air National Guard where he directed the activities of Military Personnel, Services, Education and Training, Family Support and Yellow Ribbon, and Recruitment and Retention. Lieutenant Colonel Dosch led 55 full-time and traditional Airmen and 120 student flight members.
Lieutenant Colonel Dosch enlisted with the 132nd Fighter Wing, Iowa Air National Guard, Des Moines, Iowa in September 2003 as a Services Apprentice. In January 2004 he transferred to the North Dakota Air National Guard graduating from Services technical school in May 2004. In February 2008 Lieutenant Colonel Dosch graduated from the Academy of Military Science officer school and was appointed as a Personnel Officer at Joint Forces Headquarters Bismarck where he served as The Adjutant General Aide-de-Camp for two historic floods. From 2011 to 2015 he was a Military Equal Opportunity Officer assigned to the 119th Wing. Prior to his current position, the Lieutenant Colonel returned to the Force Support Squadron as a Force Support Officer and took command of the Squadron in December 2017.
Lieutenant Colonel Dosch has spent more than 25 years in higher education support services administration including bookstore operations, housing, conferencing, foodservice and president’s office. He has taught national, and state and local government courses. Lieutenant Colonel Dosch is an active volunteer in the community. He is a native of Bismarck, N.D., and resides in West Fargo, N.D. with his wife. They have four adult children.
Chief Master Sergeant James Gibson

Chief Master Sergeant James Gibson is the Aerospace Science Instructor (ASI) for the Fargo Public School District’s Air Force Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (AFJROTC) program. Chief Gibson assists in managing the various aspects of the AFJROTC program to include teaching academic classes, supervise all cadets participating in official AFJROTC unit events, drill and ceremony and leadership education.
Chief Gibson was born in Albany, Georgia and grew up as an Air Force dependent living in multiple locations such as Florida, Hawaii, Minnesota, Illinois, North Carolina and finally North Dakota. Chief Gibson graduated from high school in Wahpeton, North Dakota and enlisted in the North Dakota Air National Guard in Fargo, North Dakota. He started his 36-year military career as a Security Forces member where he moved through the unit eventually becoming the Security Forces Manager. Chief Gibson was then moved into the Chief of Information Protection (CIP) position where he processed security clearances and instructed Wing personnel on the proper handling of classified information. For the last three years of his career, he was selected as the Senior Enlisted Leader (SEL) for the North Dakota National Guard. In this position, he was the highest ranking enlisted individual in the state of North Dakota and represented all enlisted personnel both Army and Air National Guard.
Chief Gibson is married to Gayle and they reside in West Fargo. He has four children; Samantha (Correy), Brandon (Amber), Melanie and Olivia. He has four grandsons; Colby, Carter, Tristan, and Cameron, along with two granddaughters; Emma and Sophie.
