2023 Summer Leadership School

Forty-five cadets from ND-20061 successfully completed an exciting 6 days at Summer Leadership School. The first day was Monday, June 5th which included a community service project of picking up trash along Old Highway 81 and aircraft orientation flights with the Young Eagles Program. After the airplane flights, we headed straight to Camp Wilderness in Park Rapids, MN. The remainder of the week included numerous activities at Camp Wilderness including High COPES, Medium COPES, Kayaking, Archery, Orienteering, Climbing Tower, and the Warrior Challenge. The program concluded on Saturday, Jun 10th, with a graduation ceremony at South High School. "D Flight" led by Cadet Kaden Liedberg won Outstanding Flight and the following cadets were selected as Outstanding Cadets:
