State Meet: October 27, 2018 @ Parkhurt Recreation Area (Jamestown) 

Start of Season

All are still welcome! As the school year starts, if you had been considering joining cross country, you can still join!!! Come to practice at South. We meet in the hallway, enter at Door #2 on the Northwest side of the building leading into the dome gym. 

First Meet is August 25th at Bluestem in Moorhead, must have participated in 9 organized team practices by then to be eligible

   ***Must also have completed the co-curricular meeting, the Hipaa/concussion/fees online, and turned in an up to date physical
