Concussion Management

The North Dakota legislature approved a law, NDCC 15.1 –18.2 that requires school districts to implement a concussion management program. In order to comply with the law all students’ grades 6 –12 participating in school sponsored or sanctioned athletic activities are required to read the concussion information and sign a form (located in Registration Forms in PowerSchool) that states they have read the information.
