• Building Maintenance & Operations: We manage the upkeep of our facilities, ensuring all systems like heating, cooling, electrical, and plumbing are in excellent condition. 

• Safety & Security: We prioritize safety by adhering to regulatory standards, implementing secure access systems, and maintaining emergency preparedness plans. 

• Sustainability & Energy Efficiency: We are committed to reducing environmental impact through energy-saving initiatives and sustainable practices. 

• Custodial & Grounds Services: Our team ensures clean indoor spaces and well-maintained outdoor areas to provide a welcoming environment. 

• Long-Range Planning: We evaluate the needs of our schools to guide the development of future projects, renovations, and facility upgrades.
