Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA)

The Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA) requires that schools ensure workers and building occupants are informed of inspections and response actions.

Fargo Public Schools AHERA information can be accessed by contacting the Director of Facilities office at 701-446-1023.  Each school that contains asbestos has a current management plan in place that identifies known asbestos and its location. This plan is available upon request.
