School Pay

Families use School Pay to pay for school meals and fees. All families will need to establish a School Pay account.

To create your parent account for SchoolPay:

1. Go to schoolpay.com
2. Click “Find my Account”
3. Enter your email address (the email address you have stored on file with your child’s student record). If a matching email address is found, you will be led through a process to create your account.

Once you have created your account, you can set up a credit card, make fee payments, and set up meal payments for your student(s). SchoolPay can be accessed at any time by going to schoolpay.com.

Note for Microsoft-Based Email Accounts:

SchoolPay has reported to Fargo Public Schools that they are having a problem sending emails to individuals with hotmail.com, outlook.com, msn.com, or live.com personal email addresses. Because of this, many of our parents trying to get connected to their SchoolPay account by going to schoolpay.com and clicking Find my Account are finding they are not receiving the necessary email from SchoolPay they need to set their password. SchoolPay apologizes for this issue.
 
To ensure all parents have the opportunity to get connected to SchoolPay, they suggest that parents who try Find my Account and don’t receive an email call their support number, and a support technician can set a password for them. The SchoolPay support number is 833-731-2600. In their calling system, after selecting a language for the call, choose option 3 to Create an Account, and then option 2 to speak with a representative.
