Fargo Public Schools publishes all Ads for Bids and Ads for Proposals in The Forum.  

We are committed to obtaining high-quality goods and services that support our students, staff, and schools while ensuring the best overall value for taxpayers. All purchasing is conducted in compliance with applicable school district policies and state and federal regulations.
 
We welcome all interested vendors to explore current opportunities and participate in the bidding process.

New Vendors

If you have not previously submitted an electronic bid or proposal with Fargo Public Schools, you must first register as a vendor through Bonfire using the Vendor Registration tab at the left.
