Strategic Plan

The Fargo Board of Education approved the District’s updated Strategic Plan in August 2026.

At Fargo Public Schools, we believe that great schools are built through the collective commitment of learners, families,
educators, and our community. Our 2026-27 theme, All In. Every Day., reflects our promise to approach each day with
purpose, collaboration, and a focus on success for all.

Our Strategic Plan serves as the roadmap for that commitment, aligning our priorities, resources, and actions around five key areas that support achievement and organizational excellence. Guided by measurable goals and accountability, this work ensures we remain focused on continuous improvement while responding to an ever-changing world.
