Since summer school covers such a large amount of material in such a short amount of time, regular attendance is required.  A maximum of 7.5 hours of accumulated absence is allowed; this seat time requirement is a ND Department of Public Instruction rule.

• If a student exceeds 7.5 hours of accumulated absence, the student will receive a withdraw/fail from summer school.
• BE ON TIME!  Students who are more than 5 minutes late will need to report to the office for a pass. All tardies exceeding 5 minutes will be rounded up to the next half hour. Tardy time will count towards the 7.5 hours of total absence.
• Students are allowed up to 3 tardies. On the 4th tardy, the student will be dropped from the course(s) and receive a withdraw/fail.

Students must be present the full day of class on the last day of each session!  Half the class will be instruction, the other half will be the final exam. 

Grades 6-8 are NOT allowed to enroll in High School courses.

Semester 1: June 4 - June 24, 2019

Semester 2: June 25 - July 18 (Break: July 3-5), 2019
