• Head Coach: Josh Issertell

    Josh Issertell leads the Eagles girls hockey program into its fourth season of competition. It will be his 13th year behind the bench. Issertell was the Head Coach for the Fargo South/Davies Bruins the two seasons prior to the start of the Davies program. He was the assistant coach for the 2011-12 undefeated and State Champion Fargo South Bruins team. The first five years of his coaching career were spent in the West Fargo youth program beginning with the 10U team and after that spending two years each with the 12U and 14U teams. He also assists with various camps and AAA teams in the summer.

    A 2011 graduate of North Dakota State University, Issertell holds a degree in Accountancy and currently works for American Crystal Sugar Company as an Accountant in Moorhead. His family includes his wife Angel, son Mason, daughter Emersynne, and dog Cooper.

    Assistant Coach: Josh Rogers

    Josh Rogers is entering his third year with the Eagles and his 14th year of coaching and has been involved with several successful programs including Fargo South/Davies team during the 2010-2012 seasons, culminating in the undefeated state championship season of 2011-2012 . Rogers began coaching youth hockey in Moorhead in 2002 with the 14-U team.  Prior to joining the Eagles staff, Rogers was the Head JV coach in Buffalo MN for the Bison who’s varsity finished the season with a trip to the MN State Hockey Tournament; a first in its history.

    Rogers graduated from Red River High school in 2001 with two state championships as a player including one of the longest games in tournament history lasting 5 overtimes against Fargo North in 2001.  He continued playing for one year while at Concordia College where he graduated with a degree in Biology Education and is an ELL teacher at Fargo Davies High School.  His family includes his wife Heidi and their two dogs, Baxter and Bailey.

    Assistant Coach: Morgan Stirling

     Morgan Stirling begins her first year on the bench as an assistant/goalie coach for the Eagles. She spent the last three years working with the West Fargo youth programs as a coach in both hockey and softball. Coach Stirling was a multisport athlete in West Fargo, playing golf, hockey and softball. Stirling played hockey for 13 years before graduating from West Fargo in 2015 as North Dakota's Miss Hockey and Senior Athlete of the Year. She went on to play club hockey at the University of North Dakota.

    A 2018 graduate of North Dakota State University, Stirling holds a degree in Criminal Justice with emphasis in Psychology. She is currently a Deputy for the Cass County Sheriff's Office. Her family includes her fiance jackson and their puppy Aspen.
