Fargo Public Schools recognizes the importance of being a member of the community and allowing our facilities to be open for use by the public when not needed for instructional or student activity purposes. AP 3510 Community Use of School Facilities governs the usage and rental policies of our buildings.
Requesting to use a school facility begins by contacting the school office of the building requested. If approved, the Application for Use of Building Form must be completed and returned to the District Office with the required documentation attached. A rental contract will be electronically sent to the requestor for completion.

Please note if paying rental fee using a credit card: Effective July 1, 2021, Fargo Public Schools will implement a 3.99% processing fee for rental charges over $200. Fargo Public Schools will continue to offer other payment methods, including cash and paper checks, which carry no additional charges.
