About Mr. Seeba
I was born in the town of Hibbing up in northern Minnesota's Iron Range. I am the youngest of ten children. My family moved to Fargo in 1984, and I graduated from Shanley High School in 1988. I received a bachelor's degree in elementary education from Moorhead State University in 1994 and began teaching the following fall at Centennial Elementary. In 2006 I received a master's degree in educational leadership from North Dakota State University.
I taught fifth grade my first three years at Centennial, but I switched to fourth grade in the fall of 1997 and stayed there until 2015. I transferred to Washington Elementary and began teaching there in the fall of 2015. I am very happy to call Washington my new home!
Currently I live in north Fargo with my wife Becky. She is a registered nurse in the palliative care unit at Sanford Hospital. We have a lively and lovable west highland terrier named Sam. In our spare time we love to travel to places we haven't been and to some places we loved so much we wanted to return.
In my spare time I enjoy reading, gardening, and live theatre. I also enjoy watching football and baseball (particularly the Vikings and the Twins) live or on television. I am very excited to be your teacher, and I hope to get to know you well. I am sure we will have a great school year!
