Sanford MedX – HS is a healthcare career exploration program offered for high school juniors and seniors from Fargo, West Fargo, Moorhead and surrounding areas. MedX includes a behind-the-scenes glimpse of a variety of healthcare careers. Our sessions offer hands-on activities, presentations and tours, while investigating familiar and not-so familiar healthcare areas.

The NDHP Youth Academy is a one-week residential learning experience for young adults ages 16-19. The 2023 Youth Academy is scheduled for July 31-August 4, 2023 at the Law Enforcement Training Academy (LETA) in Bismarck.

The HOBY program introduces you to distinguished leaders of the community from various sectors such as business, technology, education, government, arts and science. The vision is to motivate and empower individuals to make a positive difference in their communities through effective leadership.

NORTH DAKOTA LEADERSHIP SEMINAR
North Dakota Leadership Seminar is a non-profit organization committed to providing leadership experiences to sophomores free of charge. Seminars focus on leadership skill development, teamwork, communication, and community service. NDLS brings students together with leaders from around the state of North Dakota to provide life-changing experiences these students won't forget.
Each school in North Dakota can send 2-3 students. If you are interested in attending NDLS, please stop by the counseling office for an application.
ROTARY YOUTH LEADERSHIP ACADEMY
Rotary Youth Leadership Academy (RYLA) is a week-long camp for students who have completed their junior year. The camp includes engaging discussions, inspirational addresses, leadership training and social activities designed to enhance personal development, leadership skills and good citizenship.

JUNIORS! A once-in-a-lifetime experience awaits you this summer! The American Legion North Dakota Boys State 2023 will be held June 11-16. This unique educational program focuses on participation and personal experience in a model state, complete with government bodies and elected public officials. Hear, learn, and be inspired by the finest political leaders, government officials and other influential figures in the state. You also can earn high school credit and potential scholarships.

NORTH DAKOTA GIRLS STATE
JUNIORS! A once-in-a lifetime opportunity awaits you this summer! The North Dakota American Legion Auxillary Flickertail Girls State 2022 is on the campus of the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks. Dates for 2022 are June 12-17. This experience provides lessons and participation in municipal, county, and state government. The goal of the week is to have each girl recognize her duties, privileges, rights and responsibilities as an American citizen. You also can earn high school credit and potential scholarships.

To enter the contest, you must be a sophomore or junior in high school.
You and your parent(s)/guardian(s) must be served by Cass County Electric Cooperative.
If chosen as a Youth Tour delegate, you will be traveling to Washington, D.C., with co-op representatives from across North Dakota to experience and learn about America's rich history. What moment in American history do you wish you had been a part of and what would you have contributed?
