Job Description:

We are seeking candidates with a fun, loving, and caring attitude towards children who want to make a difference in a child’s life. We are looking for someone who has the ability and flexibility to work with children and their families between the ages of 6 weeks and 12 years of age.

Youth attendants will assist in a variety of areas, including: providing a safe and friendly environment for members’ children, supervise and participate with groups in both indoor/outdoor activities, assist with set-up and clean-up, plan, lead and organize games, sports, crafts etc. and other age appropriate activities.

Required Experience:

Individuals must be at least 16 years of age. Must have babysitting experience or enrolled in Early Childhood Development class in High School or College course.

Individual must be available to work a minimum of 2 shifts a week and two weekends per month. Hours vary upon hire.

Currently open shifts are: Monday-Friday: 3PM-8PM, Saturday: 9AM-1PM, 4PM-7:30PM

Daily attendance, being punctual, teamwork and individual responsibility is a requirement. CPR/AED certification is required upon hire or obtained through the Fargo Park District.
