    On February 16 & 17, staff & students at Horace Mann Elementary tied blue ribbons around 15 campus trees in honor of fallen Police Officer Jason Moszer. The Horace Mann campus was closed for a portion of February 11 as part of the crime scene investigation in relation to Officer Moszer's death.
