Indian Education program services may be provided to any American Indian student who:

• is enrolled in any of the Fargo or West Fargo Public School District's educational settings.
• is an enrolled member or descendent in the first or second degree (parent or grandparent) is enrolled in a tribe or band that is federally recognized or other organized group, including Alaskan Natives.
• Have a signed Indian Certification (506) form on file in the Indian Education Office. (Title VII)
