FMSO Music Director Bernard Rubenstein and the Fargo-Moorhead Symphony Orchestra perform annual Young People's Concerts for more than 2,500 elementary school children from around the region. This concert introduces the students to musical instruments at the time when they will be choosing which instrument they might like to learn to play themselves. All 4th graders from the Fargo, West Fargo and Moorhead public schools attend these concerts through funding provided by the Learning Bank, a consortium of the three school districts.
