~ 2012 Lady Swim & Dive Lettering Standards ~

 A Fargo North Swimmer or Diver must meet the following requirements in order to letter in the 2011 Fargo North High School Girls Swim and Dive program.  A letter may be awarded to an athlete due to unforeseen circumstances such as injury or illness always at the coaching staff's discretion.

200 Freestyle               2:15.99                  
200 Individual Medly            2:35.80
50 Freestyle            28.80
100 Butterfly         1:11.80
100 Freestyle         1:03.50
500 Freestyle          6:09.99
100 Backstroke         1:11.50
100 Breastroke         1:21.50
Diving     265 points / 11 dives
       140 points / 6 dives

1. Maintain a GPA of 2.5 or higher

2. Obtain at least one of the above standards set by the 2011 Coaching Staff

3. Must be a contributing member of the Varsity Team 

4. Finish the season in good standing with the coaching staff, teammates & FN Administration
