Question #2 10-31-2005 The United States Department of Agriculture very recently came out with a new food pyramid called "My Pyramid". Can you name the 6 food groups in "My Pyramid"? The answer can be found by going to the "Useful Links" page on Mr. Discher's website and clicking on My Pyramid - Steps to a Healthier You. In the blue box, c lick on Inside the Pyramid. The pyramid will appear and simply click on each of the colors and the food groups will be identified.
