American Symphony Orchestra Site contains Meet the Composers, Meet the Musicians, a Mars Millennium Project, Ask a Mentor, Send a Card and Hear all the instruments of the orchestra individually.
Arizona Opera
Grades 6-12 This web site provides access to plot summaries and synopses of more than 40 operas. Opera terms, composer biographies, and delightful audio and video clips round out the learning section.

Dallas Symphony Orchestra
Dallas Symphony Orchestra Site contains a composers corner, Orchestra Seating Chart for various periods of music, Musical Encyclopedia (hear each orchestral instrument played and see a full size picture), I Am A Musician (stories of Dallas Symphony Musicians), Time Machine (A series of wonderful musical games), Home Activities, Make Your Own Instrument, Listen to Music ( a great library of music) and technical support which guides you to free plug-in downloads needed to participate fully in the web site.

Kennedy Center Millennium Stage
Grade 7-12 View "today's performance" or search through the performance archives at this Kennedy Center site. This fine-arts showcase offers performance options ranging from music and dance numbers to dramatic stage presentations.
New York Philharmonic Orchestra
New York Philharmonic Orchestra site contains a Game Room, a Musician's Lounge, Composer's Gallery, Instrument Storage Room, Instrument Laboratory (hear sample sounds of many unusual instruments). Composition workshop contains many ways of composing music-very easy. In the Composition workshop there is an orchestra Station, Mozart Minuet, Musical Sketch Pad, Rhythm Band, Cartoon Conductor, Playing with Music, Musical Puzzles and Musical Conductors, all fun educational games.
