If you have have been out of school one year or more, please use the form below to initiate a high school transcript request.  If it has been less than one year, please contact the high school you attended. 

The transcript request below requires a $5.00 processing fee.  After completing the form, call Lee Anne Hanson at 701-446-1025 to arrange payment.
